Welcome back, traders and true believers of Forex Trading.
Welcome to the McDuck trading family.
In our previous post, we went over the process of verification after creating your account on the trading platform Dolce500, we did a step-by-step tutorial on how to get verified so that you can start trading. If you missed the post, make sure you check it out!
Today we are going to go over the ways you can withdraw your money from the trading platform, as well as their refund policy if you end up needing to call upon it.

First of all, as I mentioned in the previous post, the money will only be transferred to a bank account that has your name on it. This is why it is important to verify all of the information we talked about in the previous post.
Let's talk about withdrawal methods. At the moment you have three options:
Credit Card
Wire transfer
Bitcoin Wallet
Credit Card - When you use a credit card to deposit funds to your account, you will only be able to transfer the funds in that same amount to that exact credit card.
Example: You deposit 5.000,00$ via credit card to your Dolce500 account. You make a profit of 1.500,00$ and your balance at the moment is 6.500,00$. Now, if you want to withdraw your money, you would be able to transfer only 5.000,00$ to the same credit card you made a deposit with and the rest is available to you via wire transfer only. This is in place to prevent money-laundering and tax evasion.
Wire transfer - This is probably going to be the main way of withdrawal for most people. You will be using it to withdraw any profit and bonuses you may make during your trading journey. It is easy and simple, just make sure that the personal details on the Dolce50 account and your bank account match. If you decide to make deposits via wire transfer, the same rules apply from the credit card for the deposit withdrawal - you can only transfer your deposit to the same account that made the deposit in the first place.
Bitcoin Wallet - Bitcoin is slowly gaining popularity and as such, I wasn't surprised that they added this feature as a withdrawal option. While it may not be useful to most traders, the ones that use Bitcoin will be more than happy to have it as an option.

When it comes to refunding of the funds, we have to remember that every time you deposit funds, you have to provide a Declaration Of Deposit, which is proof that you have willingly deposited the funds. However, if for any reasons you desire to make a refund, one condition has to be met:
The refund request will only be considered if the request is made within the 24 hour period of the transaction you want to be refunded, or up to 30 days if you claim that your trading account has been compromised by a minor.
The transaction then will be refunded within the 5 days of your refund request documentation being approved via the original method of deposit (credit card/wire transfer).

In our next post, we are going to check out their policy on your personal data, as well as their anti-money laundering and know your client policy. While these may not seem important, they are essential if a company wants to consider themselves a serious trading platform. If all of these conditions are properly met and enforced, you can rest assured that your data is safe with your trading platform.
That is everything for today if you don't take my word, feel free to check out the trading platform Dolce500 and see for yourself. Stay safe and I will see you soon with more tips and tricks, trading signals and guidelines for Forex trading!
